Slice It Is My Pick for This Week’s Android Game You Must Play
Like I've mentioned a few times before, I like playing games, on both my OnePlus 5, and the MacBook Pro I recently bought (aye, I know it'due south not a gaming laptop, but information technology handles CS:GO and TF2 perfectly well). While looking through the Play Store for some new game to play this calendar week, I thought to myself, "Why non recommend one to y'all guys?"
Note: The post-obit game is my personal recommendation, and is neither a sponsored postal service, or Beebom's collective opinion on what a good game should be like.
'Slice It' is my game of selection for this week. It's a very new game, and at the time of writing, just has '100-500' installs according to the Play Store listing. An indie game, 'Piece It' offers a simplicity that near games struggle to, and all the same is challenging enough that it kept me entertained for quite some time.
The premise is unproblematic, there are enemies (represented past blue-dots) that yous need to capture, and yous do information technology by slicing out areas from the play-field by swiping your finger. Information technology's like a clone betwixt Fruit Ninja (remember that game we played back in high schoolhouse?) and a PC game I played like a decade back and I don't think the name to (I call back it was Hallo-meenies or something, and worked on a similar idea).
'Slice Information technology' starts off pretty like shooting fish in a barrel, and remains easy-enough for the showtime few levels, later which it progressively gets harder, but still not frustratingly difficult. You lot can take hold of fruits for extra points, and you become power-ups every now and so (similar 'Freeze', which slows down the enemies).
The game is pretty new, then there aren't a lot of reviews still (there were two, as of this writing). However, information technology'south completely free, so why non give it a try, if games similar this are something you think you may be interested in? Also, while in that location are no in-app purchases, the game does accept very infrequent ads, so they shouldn't bother you lot much either. We've reached out to the developer to inquire about his plans for the game'due south future, and whether he'll implement an in-app purchase to remove ads if a user so decides, and we'll update this post if we hear dorsum.
Update:
Vladimir Zacharov, the developer of the game, has responded with his plans for the game. In an electronic mail, he said his time to come plans for the game include "creating a HTML version of the game for more promotion and later to create a version for iOS. Equally for the updates of the game itself: add together achievements, leaderboards and timed levels with increased difficulty."
Zacharov added, that the HTML version might come up later the iOS version, or vice-versa according to his own conclusion almost the game.
